Basketball coach Rick Pitino was run out of Boston in 2001 after he led the Celtics to three-plus consecutive losing seasons. In the years since, legal trouble threatened to derail his career altogether.
But now, he's back in New England. Thursday night, his St. John's University team notched a win in the first round of the NCAA tournament in Providence.
