KANSAS CITY, Missouri -- Kansas football captured a 37-21 win on Saturday at home in Big 12 Conference play against No. 18 Colorado.
Here's how the Jayhawks (5-6, 4-4 in Big 12) graded out from their victory against the Buffaloes (8-3, 6-2 in Big 12):

Kansas finished with 331 yards rushing as a team, on a night it had 520 yards overall, with senior running back Devin Neal collecting 207 yards on the ground and three scores there -- in addition to a receiving touchdown. Redshirt junior quarterback Jalon Daniels finished with 189 yards passing and that score, but the Jayhawks didn't need him to even do that much. Although Kansas had to settle for a few field goals, it still scored on every drive before running the clock out.
Grade: A
Colorado junior athlete Travis Hunter had himself a day and finished with 125 yards receiving and two touchdowns on eight catches. After one of those touchdowns, he even struck the Heisman Trophy pose. But Colorado only went on three scoring drives, and that was not going to be enough.
Grade: B
Kansas allowed a 43-yard kick return that set up a Colorado touchdown drive. The Jayhawks also didn't have much of a return game to speak of. But senior kicker Tabor Allen did hit all four of his extra points and all three of his field goals.
Grade: B
Kansas didn't have an answer for everything Colorado did, but largely still controlled this game. The Jayhawks enjoyed a 40:11 to 19:49 advantage in time of possession. This is the third-straight ranked victory for Kansas this season, as it remains in contention to play in a bowl game.
