Worldstream shuts down servers without explanation

Has anyone else experienced something similar and can offer any advice?

Worldstream informed us that we can no longer work with them and that our servers will only operate until the end of the paid period. However, they didn't specify the reason.

When we reached out to support, they only responded once with something like, "Everything is developing quickly, so we need to move forward and have to disconnect you..." And they haven't responded for two days now. This is unusual since their support used to be flawless.

The admin states that we need at least two months for a safe transition due to the complex functionality interconnected across all servers, which took years to configure. However, they aren't responding, leaving no room for negotiation, despite us having worked with them for five years.

We can only guess.

If anyone with experience in such matters could shed some light on what might be happening or offer advice, it would be greatly appreciated.
